Dump!!!! TV not working, swimming pool closed. Breakfast doesn’t start at 6 am but 7 am. Smelly awfully. It should be shut down. Unbelievable

Check in staff was nice and room was clean but property is old and not in a great area. Room was ok. Wouldn't stay here again.

The woman who checked us when we arrived was WONDERFUL. She was super nice and we chatted over some common things between us. She had amazing customer service. The halls were hot and did not seem to have any AC in them though. The room itself was super comfortable and very clean. Unlike the halls the AC in the room worked exceptionally well. I will say it would be nice if the beds had more than two pillows and there needs to be new towels as the ones we had were worn out. There also seemed to be limited parking when we got back from dinner and it’s definitely not the place to stay with a trailer. It is close to several restaurants and shopping centers. It’s an older hotel but for the price and comfort it was definitely a good choice.

It's dated in deco but this particular room there were some dried washcloths left on shower curtain. Breakfast selection of items were very nice.

The bed was ok except hard pillows. The shower stall was new so it was clean however the bathroom wall and floor were dirty.

We chose Green Tree Inn because of our wonderful experiences in other locations. The price, the location, breakfast and the pool is what I also chose this hotel for. Upon check in, kids came back to the room disappointed that the pool was not open. WiFi was horrible, we tried connecting to several devices and the tv, but it was very slow. We had to use our cellular data. Bed was a bit hard and squeaky. We booked for two nights, and would have loved to go elsewhere, but it was too late to cancel for the second night by that time. We had breakfast before we went about our day and the bacon was too thin and crisp, and the eggs a bit too watery. If you’re one person or two adults who aren’t picky and just need a place to sleep and be on the road again, it’s ok. But if you’re traveling with kids and teens who use WiFi, love a good breakfast and a comfortable bed to snuggle in to, I recommend going elsewhere.
