I liked the convenience of the location. Didnt care about the parking fee. Overall clean and accommodating but parking on the property should be free.

Every single staff member was friendly. Wanda, Michelle and Angela were extremely helpful and polite. The room had hardwood floors with and was clean. Even the housekeepers had a smile. Definitely will be back again when I’m in town.

Front desk clerk never smiled or was courteous. She answered questions very short and face was stoic. She did not greet us cordially which I always get at a hotel.

Customer service could have been more courteous. Very short with answers and appeared annoyed and somewhat tired and agitated. No smile...quite stoic

Nice hotel. Nice staff. Clean and very nice rooms.

The building is under construction. The sign on the front of the building is currently removed. They start working between 7-7:30am and are very loud. The hotel itself is very noisy. You can hear the traffic as if the windows are open. You hear sirens all night. The neighborhood isn't nice. Very run down area with lots of homeless walking around, hanging out in the parking lot and they are also very loud throughout the night. The credit card reader wasn't working at checking so we had a hard time handling parking payment and deposit. There was a very angry women at breakfast that kept screaming cuss words while her many children ran screaming through the dining area and lobby and the staff completely ignored it. All guests were very uncomfortable with her being there. The room was worn...scuff marks etc. but did seem fairly clean. The lobby had a strange smell, but the room didn't. I will NOT be staying here in the future.

Breakfast was very good, rooms were nice and clean, and the staff were helpful

The hotel was fine, a typical suburban hotel on a busy street with gas stations and convenience stores. The breakfast was cooked, which was nice. Staff were friendly and helpful.
