The lady at the front desk yelling at kids from Canada because they didn’t have a room for them and they wanted to know why we were not given a room and were also told to leave

No me gustó que reserve un cuarto doble cama y cuando llegue no tenías no que abia reservado pésimo servicio sino tiene mejor nolo pongan como disponible es una sugerencia que les doy tube que dormir en una cama y un sofá cama
