Booking non fa assolutamente capire in che zona si trova l'hotel: molto diversa da quanto sembra sul sito. L'hotel sembra essere molto vicino al centro città quando si trova in zona molto "complicata".

The breakfast food was good, but a couple of times during our stay the food ran out at 9am, when it was supposed to be available until 9:30am.

Refill the breakfast until 9:30am. Or change the timing on the website. Also $20 per day for parking is a little much. Thank you.

It was clean.

Charged me again despite being told MULTIPLE times I booked and paid on Booking, when I checked in initially whoever checked me in, put us in a room that was out of service and did not ACTUALLY check us in. So upon asking why the TV didn’t work at all, we were made to move to another room after having to ask multiple times if we could and being told ‘well, um, I don’t know, you used the beds’ (we did not, had checked in and left our belongings there when we ran to get food only two hours before). They apologized and said the charges should drop off my card soon, they still have not. I will have to dispute these charges if they haven’t in another day or two. I never leave bad reviews, but this was abysmal. The room was hot, the walls are very thin and it was extremely loud at all hours of the night.

Front desk was miserable

Overall I can’t say the stay was subpar but our beds were missing bed skirts and housekeeping told me to call the front desk manager about it (I didn’t). Also, there were visible stains on the floor and mini fridge. I didn’t get my coffee area restocked the second day, either. My keys stopped working on day two and I had to get new ones.

I would never stay here it felt unsafe and in a bad part of town. The property from the outside doesn’t look too bad but once you get inside it looks like a very cheap motel.

Breakfast was very disappointing. No variety. My husband took some scrambled eggs and the hostess told him he should save some for others. He had 2 spoonfuls only and the eggs were horrible. There wasn’t even sugar for coffee.

No hot cold for more than half day - no appeasement for such hardship
