Great location and view. Staff was very organized

The view of the CN Tower from the suite was awesome. We were on the 36th floor and from the balcony, the CN Tower was so near, it blocked the view of anything to our right. The Toronto night skyline was reminiscent of Hong Kong. The suite itself was great, plenty of room, lots of amenities. The only down sides were that it was a bit of a hassle having to phone the day before and again when we arrived rather than just go to a reception desk, and that one of the three lifts didn't work properly and got stuck between floors the twice I was in it, so if it arrived first, we sent it back to the ground floor and waited for another lift.

Clean rooms and cleaners very accommodating

Great location downtown with access to everything. However no front desk. There’s only a security desk so if u need extra towels, it’s not clear what you are supposed to do. Fixtures were cheap and kind of rickety: rooms need makeover, Tv plugged into extension cord running across room etc.

Where do I begin, I suppose from the beginning. I booked this property back in MARCH for my stay aug 1-5 (3 bed 2 bath for 5). In June I was called saying there is a leak in the property can they switch my room (to a 2 bed one bath and a sofa) for THE SAME PRICE. I told the lady (allegedly at the front desk but it’s her cell phone) that wouldn’t work. She continued to tell me she would find another property for the same price I paid. Time goes on, she tells me there’s a property but refuses to send pics. (What I believed happened was they didn’t realize it was a busy weekend and forgot to jack up the price because this is what happend with the first property I booked). I then called Expedia the week before my trip and not until then was I told I will be staying in the original room by expedia. I then review a separate contract from the condo (outside of Expedia) saying I needed to bring a $1,000 cash deposit and pay a $75 cleaning fee upon arrival. We arrive aug 1st in Toronto at 7:30am. We asked to check in early but was told not until 3 because the condo was being cleaned. When we arrived at 3 a guy met us and took my cash deposit and cleaning fee before we did our room walk thru. When he left he said he would bring us back towels and wash clothes because there weren’t enough for us to shower. Overall a nice place with an amazing view and great location but did not end up getting the type of room I booked: ( 2 kings & a double sofabed) Arrived a coulpe of hours early for check in time because needed to go to a couple of places before hand.they asked me to messaged them what time my arrival was, did so and was told check in time was at 330. I knew that so told them no problem a minutes later was messaged i could head to my Suite. It was ready...but got there and no it was not...so the guy taking the payment gave me another room.... better view but was smaller appartment and beds were double beds. Not happy bout that. But updode its a very secure building.

AMAZING location, BEAUTIFUL luxury rooms, and everything was sparkling clean!! We can't wait to come back!

Great, central location in DT Toronto. Excellent property. Clean. Nice building. Only issue was the building had not switched the boilers over from heat to cool for air conditioning to work. It was quite warm and the unit was warm. Was able to cool off by opening all patio doors and windows. Easy check out. Will rent again.

The room was clean and reasonably comfortable. Communication leading up to check in and at check out was efficient and helpful. Challenges were, finding wet towels in both bathrooms- they were likely washed but not properly dryed - there was no iron and iron board, no full length mirror - all mirrors covered only a 1/3 of my upper body - , no charging dock or working. These items would be helpful for a professional. Using the space while on business. Used rags under the kitchen sink.

It was difficult to manage the keys. Only 2 sets of keys were provided for 3 bedrooms. Otherwise it was great. I would book here again for sure.
