"Pleasant Stay"

My stay was short. But the staff was friendly and helpful. The atmosphere in the building was quiet. The building was clean from the time you enter. My bedroom could have been a little cleaner. The bedskirt on one bed was dirty. The microwave cart hadn't been wiped down where someone's glass had been and the same on the table by the bed. But those really were not big issues. Overall my stay was most pleasant

"Housekeeping staff needs to be retrained in custom"

The front desk staff is amazing!!! They are the main reasons I choose to stay here. The only complaint I have is with the service I get from the housekeeping staff. The old lady is very rude but the old guy on the crutches is cool

It was an okay stay. The receptionist was very friendly and helped us check in and answered all our questions. The chair in one of rooms was broken. The rooms were clean but there was a weird smell. But we were able to sleep comfortably for the next day. Good for brief one night stay.

I have stayed there before and it was much better. Maybe Covid-19 damages its hotel, but many things were not functional when we stayed there. It was 2 stars hotel instead of 3 or 4.

Front desk rude, check in tiime 2 p.m. I checked in at 3:20 pm given a room that wasn't cleaned, linen was off the bed thrown in a corner bathroom wasn't cleaned, front desk lady changed my room but not before an attitude that I was taking up her time.

Room and halls had an odor. The bed was lumpy. The sheets were stained. The room had several drop extension cords showing. And the shower curtains were soiled. I could go on and on. The hotel does not reflect the price for it.
