"Hotels.com is horrible "

The stay itself was mediocre. Hotels.com dropped the ball as the hotel I originally booked was a roach infested dump. After three hours and seven phone calls to/from hotels.com, I was rebooked at this hotel. The check in process was difficult, the front desk lady was rude and hotels.com never communicated my payment information. So another phone call to deal with that. As a gold member, my business was not appreciated, and thankfully I had redeemed my free night. I will now be going to another source to book my hotels.

The staff were great. If you’re just driving by, like us, book at the desk rather than online, it will save money. It’s a comfortable bed when traveling. The “limited continental “ breakfast is just that-limited. However, there are great places next door for breakfast.

We were created at the front desk by a very pleasant man. Lobby and room were clean. Ran out of hot water while trying to take a shower. Walls were paper thin and we could hear everything from the room above and in the hallway.

Check in took a bit because price was cheaper on expedia than it was as a walk in. They said it takes up to 15 minutes to process an expedia confirmation.
