"Excellent"

Pleasant and clean but dated. Very limited breakfast options. Staff was fantastic and help with the correction of reservations. Plenty of parking and pet friendly.

"Price too high"

The customer service was great, very courteous. There doesn't seem to be housekeeping here, we have to bring our dirty towels to the front desk to exchange for clean ones. The continental breakfast was cereal, cold waffles and eggs you warm up in the microwave and juice that upset my stomach. Only half the nozzles in the jetted tub worked. This price should have been much lower for the price I paid

"Refund required for the stay which was not good"

Hi , The experience in the hotel was bad. I have booked the hotel to stay over night. When i have reached the hotel they didnt receive my confirmation for the hotel room booked. I have booked for a King Bed , with Smoking, but the hotel management has provided us the Double Queen room with non smoking room. Once we entered the room , the room was quite smelly. The odor of the room was not pleasant and we had uncomfortable night as we found out few bed bugs in the bed. The hotel staff has informed as the breakfast timings were from 6.30 to 9.30 AM. We reached the breakfast room by 9.00 AM and there was no food available to eat except some coffee and just few bread slices without any Jam , or spread. We had to check out immediately and had to have breakfast outside. Over all experience was very bad. I would like to have a refund of my amount which i paid. The room is not worth of 100$

"No Tub"

This is a smoking optional hotel. Carpet slick with dirt. No tub, just a small shower stall.

"The lady at the front desk was very pleasant"

"Tiny Pillows"

First I want to say, the staff was very nice. The room was under average. Found a couple roaches in bathroom. Pillows were too small. Furniture was falling apart, The lighting was not adequate. Continental breakfast was lacking (cereal, toast, juice, coffee)

Facility was in terrible condition. Only smoking room was available in a snowstorm and it smelled so bad it was sickening.
