"Just clean the room and get better beds."

Location

The bathroom floor and tub were filthy. The bed was mushy.the sheet was dirty. We only got one pillow for a king bed. Mold in bathtub.

"Exceptional"

The bed was comfortable. The location was perfect for the event that brought us to the area. There were trees to see out of our window which was peaceful and natural, no businesses or other industrial views or endless vehicles driving by.

It was a very reasonable price and clean. Jack, the maintenance/front desk guy, was great!! Happy and helpful!! The other staff people were also very friendly!! Thank you!!

"Run Down/ No Amenities"

A very dated and run down hotel in disrepair with no amenities, not even an elevator. The price really determines whether or not I would recommend this hotel. When I stayed here, the price was $160/night plus tax and fees which worked out to almost $250. At that price this hotel is horrible. At $50/night, I'm ok because my expectations at that price line up with what this hotel delivers. A run down bed with a pillow off the highway.

Staff was fantastic. When I arrived, the young lady told me I would probably like the second floor better because it’s more quiet. She was correct. The whole staff was very polite. The room was spotless clean and the air smelled good. Hotel is located down the street from some excellent Italian restaurants in downtown Richmond, Illinois just a very nice day. In fact, it was so nice. I stayed an extra day.
