"Exceptional"

It was such a short one night stay to attend a wedding. I was very happy with the price of the room. Employees were excessively friendly! The only thing is the bed was really uncomfortable and there were only three small pillows on the bed. Not even enough to fit the space at the headboard.

Stayed there for a couple days for my daughter's wedding in Twin Lakes Wi. The rooms were clean and spacious. Mini frig and microwave in room. Staff was very nice and accommodating, the rooms looked to be recently upgraded, bed was comfortable. The continental breakfast was surprisingly good. No pool, but ac very good in rooms. Price of rooms reasonable.

Check in was a bit confusing as I booked 1 king room through Expedia. I had the confirmation on my phone through the app and the hotel had me down for 2 rooms, 1-king and 1- handicap accessible. The app had the correct info of 1- king room. Rooms could use some updating. Personnel is friendly. Breakfast was a nice feature!

It was fine for what it is. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Tiny tv with tape on the base, so we were careful with turning it. Friendly check-in, but i had to complete documents, id and credit card i already provided during the online check in process. Close to a few places to eat, but on a VERY busy road!!! Very good coffee at the breakfast area in the lobby. I didnt eat anything, though so cant comment. It was good, considering the price for a one night stay and looks like they are making improvements!
