Baymont Inn & Suites Richmond

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The hotel and rooms smelled horrible. The hotel was very dirty and run down. The staff was extremely rude! I had an email confirmation that my room was $90 but when I checked in, they charged me $159. I had two rooms booked. They wouldn't refund me and were extremely rude. Do not stay here! It was awful!

The entire room was dirty. Bugs were on the floor, room smelled like mildew, the bed sheets had bugs, hair, and dirt on them.

Friendly staffs and breakfast was good. Room was clean beside the loud creek noises in the tube when you shower.

My first hotel room had old urine stains around the bathroom toilet. There was a fresh poop stain inside the toilet yuckkkk. There was no toilet tissue on the roll and clearly the floors had not been swept at all. Upon complaining and asking for a manager I learned there was no manager there or available but we were switched to another room that smelled so heavily with smoke(although they claim to be non smoking) that I had to open the window for fresh air to come into the room and purchase air fresheners to place around the room. I also found cigarettes ashes on one of the beds smh!! This was overall a poorly ran place and I will never stay here again!
