Comfort Inn Rehoboth Beach

I was charged a pet fee for my Service Dog. I was threatened by the General Manager checking in. On Saturday there were 3 incidents in the facility that the police were called. One I found a person in the hallway and I found a cell phone in the hallway. I should not have been charged for my Service Dog it is against ADA!!

Good location except in the back of hotel

No working coffee machine or Ice maker

Very close to everything. Rooms were very nice and comfortable.

Front Desk Staff gets an A+, Breakfast gets an A+

Hot water was a major issue, it was resolved for one of the nights. My room was serviced on the first day. I had left my toothbrush covered using a folded washcloth. It was exposed when I arrived back and there was a woman's single piece of hair in my bathroom sink. I used the do not disturb sign after that. I traveled with 4 co-workers who have previously stayed here. Was told they have never had an issue before.

The hotel was clean and the staff went above and beyond. We celebrated my daughter's birthday and they made us feel like family. The front desk staff were the best!

The hallway carpets were dirty and dated.

good location , great for families, big room. My 9 year old was free.

Our room smelled a lot of cigarettes, I reported it and was told by front desk that probably someone smoke outside and it got through the A/C and it would go. The smell never improved. They also charge $250 violation fee if you smoke, so I’m hoping the last guest in that room had to pay for it.

It was very clean. Love the location. Great customer service. They went way and beyond. Breakfast was great had a lot of selections and it was hot.

Nothing. Everything was great the hotel was clean inside and outside.
