The manager, Sabrina, was the best. Her commitment to the profession is above and beyond. From what I saw, EVERY interaction with a customer was top notch. I feel that if she were to give a session about hospitality services, it would make a drastic improvement to the industry. Her mindset of treating patients as family is why she excels at her position. When we revisit in October, I hope to see her again.

argument in next room with whoever was staying in there, police came and made them leave at 2:30am we were woke up by loud noises, screaming from a female voice

Location was great! Rooms were very clean. Also quiet. Even though we didn't have breakfast, it was included which was great.

The water in the bathtub didn't go down so I was standing in water to shower. It didn't drain out until an hour later.
