Not much security

Clean seats and friendly staff.

Dead bugs everywhere. In hallway. I. The bathroom. Hair in shower grain. Floor was dirty in bed room. Remote did not work well.

I was making my final die for a move with my dog. They charged $20 for the night extra. I can see that if it was a really fancy hotel but I hardly think it's necessary for this one.also no elevator. If you need a place to lay your head its OK

This was a horrible stay. There were horrible roaches, no coffee, no milk for the cereal, the pool was green and disgusting!

Coffee machine did not work. Ice machine did not work. Doors to laundry room and cleaning area were left wide open. Young, inexperienced people running the front desk and no adult supervision. Will not stay here again.

There was a water leak around the toilet and multiple roaches in the room and bathroom.

People hanging around out in parking lot, my room door had a broken lock it appears the door was kicked, the hallway smelled like mold and I’m very sensitive respiratory wise. I did not feel safe staying there. When I checked in I asked for a quite area, because I had been up for over 24 hrs and needed sleep before my family event and children were running up and down the hallway screaming. Check in at 2:30 pm and left at 3:10 to go to a family member’s hotel, so I could caught so sleep. I went to my event returning to this hotel and checked out. The front desk made notes on my checkout with my concerns, he told me to call in the morning to talk to the manager… I did and he read the concerns and act like he was not the manager. I called corporate re: 12918006 complaint number and was assured the regional manager would tend to getting my concerns tended to and a refund. The young lady said no one should ever feel unsafe in our hotels.

The location was okay.

There were roaches in the bathroom, it sounded like someone was rearranging furniture in the hallway at 2 am which kept me awake. The remote didn't work for the TV. It just overall was giving cheap motel that had been redone to cover up the problems but the problems are still there vibes. Not what I would call quality.
