The Westin Grand Cayman Seven Mile Beach Resort & Spa

We ate at Tortuga in the Westin multiple times. Watch your charges. US amount is on the receipt and should match what they put in. We were up charged and person next to me heard me dispute it. They said they had been hearing from other guests about charges not being right. We could only imagine how many people just sign and made us skeptical of the bartenders. Also watch your card to not have it photographed by employee cell phones. As for the food, really love the flavor of the fish tacos but fish is tough. We tried them twice. We enjoyed the Caesar salad but didn’t like the seafood salad.

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at the Westin. While there are many positive things to share, I’d like to point out a few exemplary staff members. Penny is a fantastic water sports concierge that helped me book a memorable private boat charter with Island Breeze. Aris is a favorite bartender, dealing with a very large business convention and sharing his love of Greece. Donique is a beach waitress extraordinaire. Her contagious smile, attentiveness to our cabana and excitement for happy hour is often brighter than the sun. Thank you all!

Fantastic choice for a stay in Grand Cayman! Beautiful beach and pool although we spent most of our time at the beach. Great and attentive service from all the staff. Clean and beautiful rooms. The hotel experience was great. Also very family friendly.

Do not stay here! I stayed here Jan 2026 to bring in the new year. I booked the beach front lanai suite expecting luxury and cleanliness. My stay was just upwards of $10,000. As soon as I arrived in my room there was a large cockroach in my bathroom. The shower head was moldy! And no hot water the entire time! Oh also the toilet never flished properly and the toilet seat itself was broken despite several complaints. I tried reaching out to the hotel for weeks to resolve this as i feel entitled to a refund. Instead they insisted to give me 30,000 points which is pennies and sent me on my way! I am a Marriott Titanium Ellit Member and have been for several years. I am highly disappointed in this stay, Marriott, the Westin Brand, and the integrity of all parties involved. The house keeping was also sub par, our room was not cleaned daily as per the hotel policy.

The beach location, size and access was fantastic. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool bar was nice but the swim up bar was small and always shaded with no view of the beach. We stayed in the beach front 1st floor room which was great for beach and pool access and avoiding elevators and upper floors. Downside is corporate or private events are set up in front of the rooms. The noise from carts with tables and chairs for set up and teardown were loud and ruined what otherwise was a peaceful spot.

The beach and accommodations are wonderful. Pool, beach and outdoor dining service was so good. Special shout out to Chanaka and Tanika. Very attentive and friendly. They are our new friends. Also Hi Tide played on Friday night and Shane and Sean are amazing musicians and good dudes.

Location perfect.

The cabanas which cost a lot of money per day were awful. Behind a sea of umbrellas and not great sun protection. The morning coffee was terrible.

Didn't have the breakfast, location was perfect!

Pretty satisfied!
