Clean and comfortable Inn. Breakfast was exceptional as well as the lady in the kitchen. Tables cleaned quickly and everyone was friendly.

"Not Hilton quality"

We requested a crib, it was not in the room, the attendant brought us a crib, it was filled with garbage a used waterbottle and a crushed up zero soap box, in addition it was covered in dried urine as it smelled like urine. The bathroom was poorly stocked there was no shampoo, the toilet paper was low and there were literally 4 tissues in the tissue box. the bathroom didnt have an operating fan so any smells lingered in addition to the bathroom door having an inability to open fully without excessive force due to the poor construction quality specifically the tile caught the door which was hung too low. the floor was so dirty that when we walked on the floor our feet got disgustingly dirty, I had to wash everyone's feet before letting them get in bed. The sheets on the north bed had a brown stain on the top seem so we asked housekeeping for a replacement sheet which lead to a nasty attitude from the lady. I went to the front to speak to management to which i saw Brian, vanessa, and dagme. I was informed that dagme was the manager, i attempted to speak to dagme the manager on several occasions but in this instance she hid behind a wall as spoke to brian and Vanessa. (I could literally see her in the reflection behind brian) if youre not available to take accountability for your location youre actions are a problem. I still haven't gotten a call to discuss this

The place was nice, with a great location to the attractions, and well equipped. The beverages and cookies in the lobby were a nice homey touch. The breakfast had plenty of options for the kids. While the hotel was packed with guests, the floors were quiet, and people were respectful. We would recommend this location to others and would definitely stay there again if in the area.

The elevator was a tad noisy arriving to the 3rd floor each time, but nothing major.

"Disgusting and the manager is disgusting"

We got into our first room and it had two smeared dog poop stains on the bed. Dog poop on the desk chair that was dried and still smelled. And mold coming out of the wall in the bottom corner by the window where the wall was breaking off. We went to the front desk and requested a different room. They only had a single bed room open so we took it… soon as we walked in it stunk so bad, heavily! Of mildew. Which means, hello! There’s mold growing in ur rooms. We had a newborn with us and two other kids under the age of 12. We told them we couldn’t stay and were just gonna leave . They didn’t apologize or anything. Had smiles on their faces and said goodbye to us. We called to make sure we were not gonna be charged. They told us they would call back after 48 hours. 4 days later… no call. So I called them and the manager said that her regional declined our refund cause we were there total of 45 mins. So bc we checked in, unpacked, repacked, went to different room then had to gather our stuff again and check out… we got charged for that. This place is disgusting and nothing like any other Hampton hotel I ever stayed at

Location to Venue / Casino was Perfect

Room was not consistent with reservation but at close to midnight no other options. Booking and the Hotel property share a scheduling platform, so when my Booking Reservation states one thing and the property provides another. UNACCEPTABLE!! Would have NEVER stayed at this hotel at the price point offered for that particular room I will either use Expedia or another service to book future reservations. Zero Accountability by Booking and the Hotel to explain the confusion. I think the hotel gave the assigned room to someone else with an earlier check in but cannot confirm Booking.com customer support response stated - "we tried to call them but they did not answer so we will provide a 10% credit - thank you" I called and immediately got through - still resolution unsatisfactory!!! everyone points fingers but no one takes responsibility for the incorrect room

"Not what I expected"

I have been staying at this hotel for years. This is the first time that I have been denied bottled water from the front desk. I was told that "blue members do not get water" and that this is the policy of new management. If new management would deny water to customers that come to their property every year, even though only twice a year, then I understand that they are only interested in business travelers or people that can afford to travel often in order to get status. I also saw that there was no bottled water at the breakfast buffet, only dispensed at the juice machine. I canceled my reservation to return to this hotel a few days later and stayed somewhere else, another Hilton property and they DID give me water. I asked the front desk to fix something wrong in my room and when I returned and found it was indeed fixed the person behind the counter made me feel like it was something I could have fixed myself. Why would I do that? I am a paying guest, and what would have happened if I broke something...
