"The Hotel that includes free lies ."

At first they were nice and courteous. But after I stayed there for three days , they started knocking on my door ( very loudly) at 10:30 am to ask me if I was staying another day . By the way there is NO CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST. The manager on duty said they took that option away over 6 months ago ?!

They were rude , inconsiderate and I checked out . I came back at 11:09 pm because my flight was cancelled. So , they charged me 69.09 cash and were banging on my door again at 10:30 am . Then the maintenance guy showed up at 11 am when I was about to shower !) The manager ( day time ) looks like an extra from the rocky horror picture show ( not exaggerating?! ) I wish I was . Absolutely No customer service skills. It is truly a shame for the hotel industry. I did notice that on my last night there , they gave me a room which was 100 % better . The last room had a broken shower head and the walk ( electrical) plug ins were all very old and worn out . I had to tape my cell phone charger on the socket or else it would fall out . It would seem that they pick the Crappy rooms for the guests that book on your site or other hotel web sites .
