No breakfast when bookings says its included Heater sounds a air plane taking off Room is cold

It was horrible

The shower was dirty and had hair on walls. But the main reason I had a horrible experience was because the person next door to me was yelling and punching the wall facing my room which keeped was up throughout the night and I felt so unsafe. It only stopped until I called the front desk and it seemed that the works knew exactly what who I was talking about and acted as if they knew nothing. At the time of my check out another lady was aslo complaining about the yelling and banging so i know I was not the only one who had a horrible night. I have called multiple times to speak to a manager and left my number. No one as reached out and every time he is not there.. Now the just don't answer. I will never return here.

The staff open the door 🚪 while changing around. 10:40 when check out is at 11am.

The housekeeping....knocked on the door ...4 times....when I already told them On im checking out at 11am. No need for this...it was very rude and doubt I would go back there. I understand why they do that...but not 4 TIMES...

I wasnt sleeping in my car.

The damage already in the room. It appeared to have mold in the bathroom. Discoloration on the ceiling and a couple holes. Bath towels are too small. Dents on both sides of the bathroom door plus another dent in the main room wall. Water pressure was poor at best. The couch has suspicious stains. The floor was coming apart. The air quality was horrible, the room smells like a zoo. The heater is of poor quality. The TV remote didn't work well. Curled hair on the sheets and on the shower walls. Sheets didnt fit the matress and kept coming off as i sat on the bed. The fridge wasnt stable and tipped to one side. No coffee maker no coffee or tea. Breakfast is carbs and sugar "bread" only, no fruit, yogurt or juice. Lobby coffee tastes horrible. Staff has a very stiff personality not welcoming at all.

Room was clean.

Very cold night outside. Room very clod when I entered. It took over an hour to get it warm. Pictures on website showed a breakfast. No breakfast was available.

Beds were comfy

Staff was rude
