"Stained mattress Rude desk clerkn"

Location

Desk clerk was extremely rude. Raised her voice. Key card would not open the door. She then got a screw driver and tried to open the door. Eventually giving up ang getting us another room at my wife's request. The worst was the mattress in our room, 223, was stained badly. Disgusting. It's was hard to sleep. I have a picture of the mattress.
