Quality Inn Asheville Airport

Close to the airport. Nice for after a long flight.

My husband and I got bug bits from sleeping in the bed. Not sure if they are truly bed bugs but something of that nature.

The air conditioner was so loud and they have a lot of extended stays that are very noisy

Very quite yet close to airport. Had a very responsive shuttle service. Staff were very nice. Room was clean and very comfortable price was a great value.

The location was great.

The pool and pool area was closed and when I knowingly, accidentally left my neck massager that I used daily was stolen from the room.

The staff was amazing. Everybody was great, especially Arnold, the Shuttle Driver, and the girls at the front desk were amazing, but that’s about where it ended.

The room was dirty and the sheets were clean, but the floor was dirty. Had stuff all over it and I had no time to have them come back in and check it out. I was too busy on a work trip so I just put socks on and walked around the room. There’s no way you would use your bare feet. Also the towels had holes in them and stains on them was kind of gross. They had no soap at all and when I told them “ there’s no soap. I think they forgot to put it in the room” She said, we don’t have any. We’re out. I was there for four nights. It was super unacceptable. Not to have anything there for a guest to use as soap. They did have squeezable shampoo and conditioner and I use the shampoo is soap to wash my hands in the sink. The food that they provided for breakfast was awful. They did have a couple good apples and they did have low-calorie yogurt.

Liked the location

Parking was awful and the check-in lady was not knowledgeable nor nice. Wouldn’t recommend or stay here again to be quite honest.
