Quality Inn Asheville Airport

Good location to airport. Check-in staff was very nice and helpful.

Bathroom Counters were sticky and obviously not wiped down. At breakfast, which consisted of waffles, 2 types of cereal, 1 type of yogurt and 1 muffin did not include milk. When I asked for milk I was told they were out and would not be replacing it that morning. This was halfway through the breakfast time. Terrible planning.

It seemed as though the room hadn’t been swept or mopped after the last visitors. The heater was filthy and it didn’t work well. The breakfast was make your breakfast sandwiches or waffles. No hot food. For $90, very disappointing.

Room was lovely, newly made over, but... No shower curtain, little toilet paper with no replacement roll. Once in the shower, the shampoo and conditioner were empty!

I did not get my wake up call I requested.

The Night shift front desk lady didnt think my shuttle was booked, but it was.
