very comfortable beds. floors felt gritty . could not get water for shower second time I wanted to use it. only bagged breakfast no cafe to eat it in. free parking good.

There was a musty odor in the room.

I was a little disappointed with the continental breakfast. I was hoping for more variety.

The coffe machine didnt seem to work the breakfast was avaailable only on weekends and it was very limited and not enjoyable

The location was good and it was resonable including parking.

Floor in the room was extremely dirty. Mirror had palms prints right in the middle. Air conditioner was filthy and poured out bad smelling air. the sink was clogged. Luckily, there are 2 sinks in the room. though, sheets were clean, and the bed was comfortable

Room is Ok quite Expensive

Overall us good. The only issue I have is the price which is very expensive for a 3 star hotel which is priced at 4 star pricing.

Hospitality of the staff and the way bed was made

We did find cockroaches, AC was noisy and we also found hair in the bathroom before using it

It was fresh. I liked the yogurt, coffee. It was not noisy

The heat in the city.

Great location for walking Ottawa

It says free breakfast but the breakfast was coffee, muffin and juice only nothing else
