The older gentlemen at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure I get my bag stored, and made all of my requests a reality. Thank you so much, for being so welcoming and responsive, it made a difference!

"The best thing about it was it was indoors."

Nothing.

I requested early check in and had confirmed a 1pm arrival weeks before with the property. We arrived at 1 and our room was not ready, we were told it would he ready at 3. I did not accept that and we were accommodated at 1:30. There were shoe prints on the ceiling above our bed. There was a half roll of toilet paper and no spares. The top blanket/duvet cover was covered in dog hair. One of the shams that goes around the box spring had crusty stuff on it. There was no internal secondary lock on the door. There were three outlets in the room and all had those six outlet things plugged in and they were all maxxed out. We moved a table and one of the legs fell right off. The tv was set on the most precarious dresser, the back legs of the tv stand were on it and the front ones were on the literal edge. Breakfast never happened. I will be avoiding this entire chain because of this situation.
