"Cockroaches"

I didnt love the cockroaches running wild

That i asked for a king sized and got two double beds. Bugs.hand prints all over the walls clearly from people having sex and orange mold in the shower. False Eyelashes and hair in the sheets leading us to believe the sheets hadn't been changed. And it reeked of fish in the place. Also we didnt know it was a women's rescue shelter and that should have been mentioned in the ad.

"Everything was great, except for the extra charge I was given"

After my stay I notice I was charged a little bit extra than what I was originally told the charge would be through booking.com. When I enquired about that at the hotel, the only answer I got was that booking.com undercharged me. I wish I had been at least warned about this beforehand. It seemed deceptive, and I'm not sure who is at fault, if its booking.com, or the hotel.

Номер занедбаний, подерті стіни, брудні меблі, бруд в кімнаті. За всі 3 дні, жодного разу не зайшли щоб прибрати сміття та дати нові свіжі рушники, саме місце довкола готелю також не доглянуте, персонал не привітний, коли вибирала місце де залишитись, надала перевагу цьому готелю, через включений сніданок, яке було моє розчарування, коли зі сніданку я отримала, йогурт, сік та не зрозумілий кекс.
