"Roach Motel"

The place is a dump. It's infested with cockroaches. There are sketchy people smoking dope outside the rooms day and night. People coming and going at all hours. The property is not secure and there is free access for side streets. The breakfast sucked.

Coffee maker was broken Bagged breakfast looks nothing like online TV broken with lines going through it Half eaten Oreo on the floor AC was in the closet No housekeeping of room or fresh towels next day Card keys stopped working next day Very loud, I believe people live in the hotel I’ll never go back

Super clean and very friendly staff. Walking distance from Rideau Hall and Parliament buildings. A lot of restaurants nearby, and an awesome little movie theatre just up the street. Very close to Byward market. Quite a few street people, but it doesn’t feel unsafe.
