"A solid 3-star hotel conveniently located near campus."

The bed was comfortable and the room was well-maintained. Dianne and Don in the bistro, along with the rest of the staff, were wonderfully friendly. The heated pool is a nice bonus too.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

The bathroom fixtures weren’t the newest, but everything worked fine. The walls were thin.

High quality. Improvements: 1) I was surprised that breakfast was not included-charged extra. 2) parking fee...should have been included for paying guests.

The room was nice.

The music in the lobby was extremely loud. We could hear it through the door. We went to eat breakfast and they were out of food. The area is also a little rough.

The location was close to the UCR. The facility was clean and nice. The staff was friendly and helpful.

We were not expecting an $18/day parking fee. We were placed initially in a handicap unit which we did not request or want. We had to request a move. We had to call maintenance to fix the blinds.

My team always stay at this property whenever we get projects in Riverside, great staff, relaxing pool and hot tub and the happy hour at the bar is a great way to end my nights. Check in was smooth like always and your agent Mel at the front desk gave me some new food spots to checkout during my trip, will be back in 3 months.
