"Wonderful hotel in a great location"

We really enjoyed this hotel. There rooms were very comfortable and quiet. Fabiola and Ebony served us breakfast at the Bistro on our final day and the service was fantastic, and the food very tasty. The location was close to our family, another plus.

"Friendly staff but very basic amenities"

The location was good and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

Our room has some issues with the shower. The fridge leaked water and one the room had a separate sink and bathroom which was really not comfortable. Also, there isn't a full restaurant at the hotel.

"Great stay & great staff!"

My stay was great. All staff I encountered were very helpful and friendly, especially Ana & Ruth. They provided excellent customer service upon arrival and made sure I had everything I needed for my stay. Room was great size, clean, and quiet. Overall, great stay.

"A Good Experience"

I stay here often and the experience is excellent. First, service is outstanding. Ana is excellent. She is kind, helpful, courteous, and just the best. She always makes me feel very welcome and comfortable. The location is great because it is next to the university. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. The cost of the rooms is very reasonable.
