Courtyard by Marriott Riverside UCR/Moreno Valley Area

Just wish the parking was free and maybe a continental breakfast for the price we paid, would be nice. The room itself was spacious, clean, a/c worked great and in a nice location, not right next to the bed like other hotels, which makes the person next to the a/c freezing and the other overheated. This ac location was perfect. Enjoyed our stay here, would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

Good location for a visit to UCR. However, the hotel is definitely in need of a major facelift/renovation. Beds were old, pillows flat, shower had lots old fixtures, holes in the ceiling, and room was just generally run down. Front desk staff at check-in was slightly rude until she saw my status. Gym needs a major overhaul - some equipment literally held together with zip ties.

Rude staff. I was in my room at 10 AM and could not get it cleaned, and when I went to FD to let them know that they can clean now, the lady was rude and told me that the cleaning crew is very busy so they cant accommodate more cleaning!!! When they did clean the room, they did a poor job and didnt even clean the bathroom!

Excellent service. I had a last minute to cancel one of two reservations I’ve made. The staff at the front desk immediately provided me with easy instructions on how to cancel the reservation, obtain a late-cancellation fee waiver. This quality of service is what’s keeps me coming back!

Friendly reception lady and cafe staff. Room was clean and spacious.Beautiful sunset from the window. Convenient to visit UCR.

Only thing I have to complain is the noise and chat by other guests at on the hallway at midnight. Other than that, this hotel is very nice.
