I liked the size of the hotel and the amenities

I don’t like that as a guest I had to pay for parking and the bathroom was outdated

Rude staff at front desk with attitude. Also had 15minute long shuttle from airport which was much further away than we anticipated

The rooms were decent sizes, HOWEVER, the dirt in the rooms, dust, and the unmodern furniture. TV never worked, although we was moved twice due to the toilet blocking twice and not flushing, and the shower making a very loud scary noise when we opened it. The housekeeping does not hoover the floor. We had a toddler, and every time they cleaned, we still had a lot of dirt on the floor, which we had to endure for 8 nights. The bathrooms are very unkept and I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN

Great family stay, rooms were clean and spacious and customer service was amazing in specially Jannah she was wonderful and extremely helpful!
