J'ai attendu une heure la navette gratuite supposรฉe passer toutes les demi-heures pour amener depuis l'aรฉroport. Comme il รฉtait tard, j'ai fini par prendre un taxi (31 $ pour ma poche). Arrivรฉ sur place, j'ai tentรฉ de dรฎner au restaurant de l'hรดtel (le seul dans les environs) et j'ai attendu 50 minutes une simple salade. Bref, pas ร  la hauteur du prix payรฉ et des services promis

Overall not the greatest stay, we didnโ€™t have a TV remote, the bathroom door was braking down and didnโ€™t lock, and the iron would not turn on. Also the limited gym selection due to broken equipment, made for a unpleasant stay

"The people are very nice, friendly and professional, the breakfast was excellent"

Itโ€™s very clean and tidy

The Bath room door handle it was wobbling Secondly, the electrical socket near the head bed wasnโ€™t working, when i tried charge my phon, there was spark, in which was not happy.

"The hotel was awful and unsafe."

Foyer was nice

Security and front desk would not answer their phones when there was a threatening situation (screaming and someone trying to knock the door down next to us) right as we were going to sleep. The entire hotel was filthy worn out and cheaply decorated. Nasty urine in the grout in the bathrooms cracked tiles. Bathtub was moldy. Terrible staining on bedding. Carpets frayed and stained. We did not feel safe.
