"Lyle saved my day"

Lyle fixed my checkin complication I stay here 3 times a year for a repeated meeting. And have for years. I started the registration online but it didnโ€™t complete correctly. So I arrived after a missed overseas flight with no Luggage jet lagged and frazzled. He very kindly got me immediately into a room on the requested floor. And a Warm cookie and bottle of water. Lyle rocked it for me. Thanks Lyle!
