"Several other local hotels in the immediate area, thinking of trying another location next time."

Easy access off the highway & had a restaurant/bar facility contained within the premises. Have been renovating these premises for over 3 years & still working on them. Our room had been renovated with new flooring & some painting.

Hotel had a lot of construction workers/contractors staying there as guests, who walked around in their dirty/muddy work boots & work wear in the lobby & the restaurant, leaving dirt everywhere. You could see marks on their furniture as well as the chairs/bar stools.
