"None, stopped before it could happen because staff don't know how to request what they need at time of reservation"

Didn't got insulted by the women at the front desk because they booked a reservation and didn't ask for specific stuff because it's my brother's card and when I told her can you please retrain your staff she got very rude and cancelled my reservation, knowing it's gonna be -20° this weekend. Talk about no accountability. God forbid you should ask someone to take some responsibility or offer them advice. See my Google reviews. There are 300. 1.4 million views. Never stay here my kin. These people don't care for human being, empathy, forgiveness or know how to receive reprove or train their staff. Absolutely a nightmare, if I pass in this cold..... I hope you can sleep at night.

We have no complaints about this Comfort Inn, it is the best one yet from the minute we walked in until we left the next morning. The welcome cookie was nice too. Will stay there again and highly recommend.

We heard someone vomiting, drunk men in the hallway and the 3rd time the fire alarm went off about midnight and we were told "its ok we disarmed the system so it wont happen again " by the night manager we woke our 1 YO and 3 YO grandsons and left our 3rd floor room and drove all night to get home we did not feel safe there and will NOT be gong back.
