They had bed bugs and a lot of homeless peoples walking around the property

The overall is completely good had a great weekend ill be back definitely i appreciate the hospitality. Please read your confirmation there is $100 hold for damages and you smokers!!!!

Room doors didnt work properly, beds were unfit

Did not have breakfast, tvs are outdated and are not smart tv’s, carpet in my 1st room and couch was dirty but my room was changed without any issues and the new room looked better.

It's the WI-FI it really needs to be stronger. They need to work on the mold that builds up on walls, it's understandable but needs attention and they need to stop advertising they have breakfast. It's totally not true. The front desk staff is wonderful and the manager is very attentive.

Service isn't good at All

Room smelled like cigarettes, cigarette buds everywhere on the property, multiple holes in bathroom walls, locks on door didn’t work

Nice people, just the rooms need updating and the carpets need cleaning. The staff is WONDERFUL.

Hotel room had limited lighting and bathroom has ceiling damage.

Staff was no help with my situation
