Sonesta Select Atlanta Norcross

The hotel is dated meaning the room that i was in have furniture from either the 1980's or 1990's. The carpet in tbe common areas along with the room needs to either be replaced or clean. The water in the bathroom take awhole to drain once the shower shut off. The room appeared to look clean but everything is dated. There's no elevator so if a disabled person want to stay there it must be on the first floor. Or if the customer has trouble climbing the stairs, it would also be a problem. The carpet in the area with the stairs is frayed in some areas and the wall needs to be replastered. On my second night there, the room next to the room I was in has a barking dog that barked throughout the night. I left at 5:00 am EST due to the noise and i let the front desk know. I probably won't stay there in the future unless updates are to the hotel

Convenient

Had to switch rooms HVAC nor telephone worked in initial room. Old water stain in ceiling

nothing like being greeted with contempt by the worker and seeing cigarette butts just outside the door and multiple "large dog" poo piles on the grass with flies swarming. i had a stain on my shower curtain, and the hot water wasn't very hot like it had about run out. i also had house keeping enter my room 30 minutes before i had to leave and then asked if i was going to stay another night. i don't think he understood what i was saying and left, thinking i was going to pay for another night. the bed was decent, pillows were mediocre, but the shampoo was pretty good again. i mean i've stayed here at least 5 times before and this was the worst experience, but it's still better than a motel 6

DISGUSTING The advertised pictures must be old pictures because NOTHING was CLEAN, the property reaked of urine, three towels provided we're OLD, and small. The walls were dirty, the hardware was rusted over, the rooms smelled of cigarettes and body odor. It was absolutely gross.

Wall paper peeling was rough off the wall. The staff was kinda rude for the late check out.

There were an excessive amount of dogs to the point where some guests were living there and they had up to three dogs at a time some of them were very aggressive and vicious and they were pooping on the concrete right where you would walk out the door. The staff is awesome and very attentive to your needs. Hem the manager Really has a great staff
