The staff was nice. The front desk was nice.

I didn’t like that the room I was in had bedbugs and even though I killed them, there were still more coming out so there was an infestation. The front desk did try to accommodate me by putting in another room, but I did not feel comfortable staying at a hotel that had bedbugs so I unfortunately had to pay to go stay somewhere else and I contacted them to get a refund for the money I spent even though I didn’t stay and they refused.

I'm disabled so I especially like that the host made sure that I always get a room on the bottom floor and that I can pull up and park right at my room.

Cleaning staff has opened my door a couple of times and 1 1/2 hours before checkout, very annoying and disrespectful.

It was my third time staying there it was OK

The staff when checking in was , rude , arrogant and very disrespectful and unprofessional. We were traveling with licensed service dogs, which are supposed to be no extra charge. The rude lady insisted that all dogs are the same and charged us anyway

Worst hotel I ever almost stayed in. On line looked ok, but when I got there area looked sketchy , police were in the parking lot looking for someone. I was booked for 3 nights and was told I could not get any refund, was told the motel was safe. I reluctantly checked in, the room was nasty the fridge didn't work. I spent the next hr. on the phone with red roof and Amex trying to get some of my money back. Finally decided my life was worth more than the money and checked out.Was now told I would get a refund on night 2 and 3. When the refund showed up I was charged a $50 fee, so this lesson cost me one night and $50. I probably will never stay at any Red Roof again
