We didn't stay because there were bugs in the room. The clerk was not friendly and didn't try to help resolve the issue. Said he would give my $50.00 deposit back and I still haven't gotten it back. He was curt, short and didn't try to help.

"Short trip for Granny's 80th b'day"

The ONLY thing we liked was the fact it was close to the family we were in town visiting

Roaches, blood on towels, feces in the toilet when we walked in! HOMELESS folks sleeping in the parking lot & the RUDE front desk lady on Friday morning was just a bonus on top of the other crap, literally!

I have requested a refund from the property. The room smelled like smoke, and the were people living in cars in the parking lot. I felt unsafe with my 2 16 yr old boys. The response from the property was that the people living in the parking lot “weren’t hurting anyone.” This is unacceptable. If the property or hotels.com continues to refuse refunding me for the nights I didn’t stay then I will be forced to continue these bad reviews for the property and hotels com

"Roach Motel "

Where to start, Roaches, Cigarette butts jammed in the sink, had to move table to use plug, that was disgusting, had a regular WWE event in courtyard from 6/7 this morning that no one did anything about, did I mention ROACH PROBLEM, Couldn’t have been worse. Hotel.com should not even allow this place on there site
