I was on the first floor, and between the hours of 10:00pm and early morning people coming and going with a some noise. If was on a business trip i would've complained but i was their on a friend's and family stay.

"Nice hotel, but..."

The bed was too soft and I assume quite used. Windows were dirty and maid service was not offered. We additionally did not get the usual complimentary water as Bonvoy members. Breakfast was iffy and did not keep enough food out for the number of diners.

The AC was out all day/night despite telling management multiple times. The room stayed at 80 degrees. They brought me fans to compensate. Worst hotel stay.

"NICE ROOM BUT VERY NOISY!!!"

WAS TOLD BY THE CLERK THE FASTEST WAY TO OUR ROOM WHICH WAS PARKING IN BACK AND WALKING THE LENGTH OF THE HOTEL TO ROOM 302. FOR TWOMRETIRED HANDICAPPED INDIVIDUALS THIS WAS A HIKE. MAYBE EMPLOYEES SHOULD LEARN THE LAYOUT OF THEIR HOTEL. DON'T GO BREAKFAST BECAUSE IT WAS TOO FAR.
