The Barn

The room was immaculately clean and had everything you could wish for. Breakfast was excellent wide a wide variety to choose from.

The parking

My stay was very good. The room was very tastefully presented with high quality fixtures and fittings. The venue was spotlessly clean and the hosts clearly pride themselves on making your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

On arrival we were greeted on first name terms and made to feel very welcome. The room and facilities were spacious and comfortable and we were brought a fresh pot of coffee by our host. The bathroom was warm with an efficient shower and plenty of towels. The location was within walking distance of our evening venue and though by the A63 road, we heard no traffic because of the very effective triple glazing. The breakfast menu provided much choice and was well cooked and well presented. The best booking I have made via Booking.com.

The shower head was too low for 'six footers' which I mentioned to the hosts over breakfast as a comment rather than a criticism. They informed me that other rooms catered for taller people and to mention it if I stayed there again.
