- Leider zwei Tage kein warmes Wasser. -Auf die Bitte um latest checkout leider nicht wirklich entgegengekommen, somit musste ich noch 2-3 Stunden in der heißen Lobby sitzen, bevor mein Transfer zum Airport ging.

The service from Mba Bulan the reception and Mas Rizky the concierge was very amazing! They help me with my friends even though we’re not staying in the hotels, they deliver the service with love and with very nice attitude. I personally will recommend my friends to stay in this hotel or just try their restaurants Daily Social cuz all the staff was very friendly starting from the hostess, waiters, chef’s and all of the staff in daily social. The food and drinks was also have amazing quality! Especially the Margherita Pizza ! I want to say thanks for the service and the very unforgettable service!
