Piękny hotel, który widać, że został odnowiony. Bardzo miły i pomocny personel. Lokalizacja jest świetna, dosłownie 7min od lotniska. Śniadania są bardzo bogate i przepyszne. Jeśli masz przesiadkę w Dżakarcie to Sheraton to idealna opcja aby wypocząć przed kolejną podróżą!

"Disgusted by the so called "petting zoo" on the hotel grounds"

The hotel has all the amenities. We used the gym and also the spa as well as the pool and restaurant. The rooms are a bit tired and could use some sprucing up. The spa was good value and the gym was nice. However, I am rating this hotel very low because I was totally disgusted by the caged rabbits and birds on the grounds. Who does that in 2026? Rabbits are social animals that should be kept together and treated just like you would a cat or dog, not locked alone in tiny little cages outside with no socialization or toys, and where they have to walk their soft furred feet on wired mesh all day. This is animal cruelty. Additionally, the turtle water was filthy and caging six birds in one small cage is awful. I did not expect animal abuse in a "petting zoo" on the grounds of a Marriot. Shame on you!

I booked this facility closer to the airport as per need. It has very good ambiance. I am satisfied with the place except that I was charged for water!!! Who charges for water, a lifeline for all beings!! That is a bit too much!!
