I was in room 205. The people in the next room could be heard all night long the walls were very thin. The landscaping around the building is questionable.. I guess if you're going to have a facility it should look inviting. The address was not posted anywhere on the facility when I arrived after dark. The name of the business on the large sign out front did not match what booking.com or Priceline had in there advertisements. There was nothing about a convention center on the sign out front. The Google listing initially sent me to the 600 block of commerce Way which is a solar farm. Please have your it person look into that

Everything. You have to see this place to understand how bad it is. Too many issues to name them. Unfriendly staff, no shower curtain, significant water damage on ceiling and wall, so mold is likely. Musty smelling sheets and towels. Dirty toilet….

We recently stayed here. Our room was a mess. There were coffee grounds all over the floor after we were told our room was cleaned. The pool area had fake nails and lashes all over the floor. We had younger kids that were with us and they left hoses in the pool, cleaning equipment still in pool. Do not recommend staying if you have kids. We ended up getting kicked out due to our kids (we have 5) after we told them we had multiple kids and was not refunded.

Bed and room were decent. Jacuzzi very old and did not use . . . thought it might be unclean. Facility was in serious disrepair. The conference and restaurant portions were closed and uninhabitable. Liability issues with parking: very dark, no security and caution must be exercised if parking in the rear of property. Property's pictures are deceiving.

Property, in general, is a dump. Person sleeping in their car in parking lot. Rear of building is dangerous. Abandoned basement is open to public and is a dumping place for broken furniture.

Wonderful and friendly !!! Accommodating to the max with my needs. I will stay here again for sure…

I reserved three rims for Friday night, May 15 when we arrived and got our rooms. One room had black spots that look like mold on the bedsheets, the comforter and the pillows the curtains were hanging we couldn’t even shut our pool open the curtains because the rod was broke or the curtains was hanging was hanging off of the side of the wall walls laying on the floor. The door hinge was hanging you couldn’t even close the little latch for Security in your room because it was hanging off the door. The second room had curtains hanging molding, laying on the floor and a spot on the ceiling that was holding water that was dripping down on the bed, and I actually got dripped on from the water and when my husband held the flashlight up to it you could see the water laying in the ceiling. The third room, the curtains was hanging, and there was just small issues in that room. I had to go down three times before they finally moved me because the ceiling was holding water in that one room and I should not have had to do that. I should’ve been able to request a new room and get gotten it immediately instead of getting the runaround. There was no protein at the continental breakfast the next day. It was very slim Pickens and the juice didn’t even come out and the coffee was terrible.
