Quality Inn and Conference Center

This hotel is terrible. Everything is extremely Outdated. The hotel has a terrible odor. The first room was on the third floor. The curtains were falling down. The bed linens did not match on the two beds. The bathroom was dirty and smelled of urine. The floor was visibly dirty. The second room had black mold on the ceiling, molding falling off the walls, dirt on the floors. Only one elevator worked. My mother and I did not feel safe staying here. We found a different hotel and got a refund. The front desk staff seemed unbothered by their disgusting hotel.

Beds were great

No remote control for tv

It was in a good location, close to restaurants.

Only one elevator was working.

Clean

Heater pool still NOT heated. Door handle on room drooping making it difficult to open. This was are second stay hoping it was better than the first but sadly it was not.

Clean

Shower/tub was slick. Husband fell during his shower and has a large bruise on his upper thigh. Heated pool NOT. Heater is broken, pump was NOT working/running water was cloudy not clear. Thought the price was a bit much considering the pool was NOT heated or clear water. Not happy about the tub being slick.

Slept well

The bathroom floor was dirty. 2 if our towels were dirty with brown stuff on them. We stayed to swim. The pool was murky and water was dirty. There was styrofoam broken up in the pool. The clerk said there were kids in there earlier in the day. There is no filter or filtration. She said someone comes nightly to clean it and there was nothing she could do. It was gross.

DO NOT GO BY THE PICTURES! It's as if it was reasonably well updated 5 years ago, then never cleaned again. So much random debris on the carpets that you could tell they are rarely, if ever, vacuumed. Handprints everywhere. Pool hasn't been cleaned in ages. I ate the cost of the hotel and went someplace else. It was the worst hotel I've seen in many years. It honestly felt like it was a decent hotel that had closed down and people were squatting in it.
