Friendly staff

Awful stench in the room upon arrival. Smelt pungent and rotten. We asked for a room spray and opened the windows thinking it was just sitting air but that did not help. It smelt like sitting in a portapotty. We could not use the shower as there was moldish looking spots along every shower wall. There was a leak forming above in our ceiling. Possibly where the smell came from? Table was dirty with fingerprints and smears. :(

"This was not a typical Embassy Suites but was very nice, even though a bit smaller than typical."

No taste. Potatoes. Sausage, muffins all had no taste.

Hotel was old, run down. I bad need of a refresher. Furniture dirty and stained. I did not want to relax in the room.
