Embassy Suites by Hilton Flagstaff

We have stayed at Embassy suites forever. This "made to order" breakfast was a woman with a backed up line making omelets. The ridiculous JOKE was the whole area ran out of paper plates at 0830 (ending at 0930). Try putting your waffle, hard disc pancakes, luke warm oatmeal, white toast, wrinkled apple...in a little paper bowl. NO DISHES. The Reception gave me a chipped glass. Several complained of dirty missing grout, bathroom walls/frames dirty...kids socks got gray off the floors A clerk ate her brkf at the desk while the crowded messed up area occurred. No Sprite or Colas (we're out). Reception had only broccoli, carrots, chips, and pepper jack cheese. Chairs in small dining room have ripped old plastic. Less quality than Motel 8

Experienced travelers here. Worst hotel experience ever. Dirty, falling apart. Every sofa cushion is torn. Bathroom counter is sagging, bathroom floor is sagging. Baseboards falling off the wall. Mildewed wallpaper. Horrible lighting. Which given the appearance was probably a blessing. Expected more from Hilton.

Sadly this is not up to the Hilton Brand. This location suffers from severe neglect. The room is disgusting and poorly maintained. I’ve been a Diamond and Gold member for longer than I can remember and have stayed at more than a hundred Hilton properties and this is by far the WORST one I’ve ever experienced. Even though the temperature hovers around freezing outside, I can’t even use the heat because it sounds like train racing through my room. Completely disappointed.

The only reason it gets two stars is because the made to order omelet was good. The rooms were absolutely disgusting. Mold in the showers, curtains from the 1980's, carpet that looks like it hasn't been vacuumed or shampooed in a decade. The room smelt like an sweaty armpit. I have have never been so disappointed in an Embassy Suites before in all of my years of travel. Hilton should be ashamed to be associated with this location.

I should have checked the reviews before booking. This was THE WORST Hilton property I have ever stayed at. The room was disgusting, dirty & smelly. The HVAC was so noisy it couldn't be used. Bathroom full of mold. The breakfast was not fit for human consumption. Book anything else if you are in the area.

The only redeeming quality of the Embassy Suites by Hilton Flagstaff is its location — it’s conveniently close to everything in town. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. This hotel is dated, dirty, and in shocking disrepair. It’s hard to believe Hilton allows it to operate under the Embassy Suites name. From the moment we checked in, it was clear the property hasn’t seen proper maintenance or deep cleaning in a very long time. After dropping off our luggage and heading out to dinner, we returned to find water leaking from the bathroom ceiling — water everywhere. When we asked for a new room, the front desk clerk handed over another key without a hint of apology or concern. The second room was just as bad: Rusty air vents and cracked ceilings Peeling wallpaper and missing baseboards Frayed, stained carpet Air vents caked with dust and grime Mold or mildew in the shower grout Soap dispensers pulling away from the wall Dirty lamp shades that haven’t been cleaned in years Even the hallways and public areas were rundown — chipped paint, damaged walls, and poorly maintained floors. It’s not just wear and tear; it’s years of neglect. Breakfast was average — about what you’d expect from a mid-range hotel — but it doesn’t make up for the condition of this property. We’ve stayed in many Embassy Suites locations over the years and know the high standards the brand represents. This hotel fails to meet even the most basic expectations. Hilton should step in immediately to renovate, repair, and deep-clean this property before more guests have the same disappointing experience. We will never stay here again, and we strongly advise others to avoid it until major improvements are made.

I loved the location. We try to always stay at Embassy whenever we travel. We love their pet policy and the wonderful breakfast in the morning. This particular embassy didn’t have a great breakfast. It was a Wednesday morning at 7am and all the food was empty. The 3 workers weren’t refilling anything. We didn’t get any potatoes or bacon. The dining room was crowded with tables so close together you couldn’t get past . We weren’t impressed. First time staying at this location probably will do Drury next time. We have stayed at that one before in Flagstaff and loved it

Staff was scarce and didn’t stay on top of food at buffet.

Hotel was poorly maintained and outdated. Carpet was mildewed outside the bathroom and the attempt to coverup odors by using room freshener was overpowering. This was the worst Hilton property we stayed during a long road trip. I suggest you stay elsewhere

A lot calm, easy to navigate, friendly staff, kids loved it. The room lay out was great
