Quality Inn Bridgeport-Clarksburg

I had stayed there a number of years ago and decided to stay there when I was recently in the area. It had declined to a state I never could have imagined. It was dirty, stank and was totally run down. On arrival we were offered a room that stank of cigarettes and mold. On complaining we were moved to a somewhat “better” room. This, too, was unacceptable. In short, this hotel is unfit for livestock, let alone humans. Needs to be shut down.

Breakfast was good. I believe there was no orange juice that day.

Breakfast was poor Coffee was awful Why do they leave the front door open all the time I was freezing at breakfast and they wouldn't close it when asked

The room was very comfortable. I had a good night rest. I think it would be more comfortable if the smell of the rug is controlled. The location is excellent.

The smell of the rug is the only issue.
