Wifi was not working, therefore the tv dis not work. Front desk was not helpful. Basically said she was new and didn’t know how to fix it. Knobs missing from sink and dresser. Corner of moulding missing from bathroom trim.

Night time staff was cool

I never got my deposit back and daytime employees were rude

The bed was very comfortable and the room was very spacious

The service. I couldn't get help with my issues . I did get a discount from booking .com or else that would have also been a complaint. I think I should get a refund since we only stayed one night .But we'll see about that! I actually went to have surgery on the12 th and had an appointment the next day .It is a long trip from where I live ,still it was better to drive back the next morning than to stay there !

As soon as you open the door, it smelled musty and nasty

Staff was friendly and tried to remediate very poor facilities Both fron desk persons were new and unsure of.some policies. But definitely made an effort to help out. Similar experience with the maintenance man.

We checked into the first room, refrigerator didn't work, receptacle for microwave nonfunctional. Second room refrigerator door didn't close properly and take out food was left in it. Third room had overbed lights which didn't work. Fourth room refrigerator didn't work, lacking shelves and overbed light didn't work. We settled on #3. Overhead lites flouro tube changed but flickered badly. Couldn't leave it on and shower insert covered with black mold around shower door and frame. Disgusting facilities, no elevator made moving belongings from ground floor rooms to upstairs difficult. I asked for some kind of refund and was offered 10%, which I agreed to as I was working with desk staff (who were pleasant, but clearly in ovet their heads) and manager was unavailable. It took from 6:30pm until 9am the following morninh to have confirmation of the refund. My inconvenience was worth more than $10. Will never, ever stay in that filthy, unkept place.

Room was nasty and the smell of smoke was awful. Towels were dirty that were put in the room.
