"It was broken,dirty and there were roaches."

The room was well stocked. The only employee we saw was friendly enough. There was a mini fridge and an iron with ironing board.

The room was dirty. There was at least one cockroach. The shower floor was cracked. The air conditioning barely worked. we accidentally switched it to heat for a second and it smelled god-awful and filled the room with an unbearable stench. The WiFi is so slow and the tv only runs on wifi. The remote was missing the back cover and a battery. The Bible in the drawer looked like someone had been crushing pills. There was residue and there were indentions on the back of the book. The pillows had foot prints on them.
