Boise Inn

Close to the highway. A decent place to spend a night, nothing fancy. THere was a large grassy area to walk our dogs but it was a little scary at night.

I didn’t like that They didn’t have shampoo or conditioner.

I didn't like how the linen was stained and I got a non smoking king and there was ash trays in the room.. the elevator for didn't close all the way..

The room was not very clean. Though i requested a smoking room there were burn holes on the bedspread carpet table everywhere. There were no kleenix and half a roll of toilet paper. AND very importantly there was no clock to set a alarm since i had to get up very early. i called the front desk and asked for a wake up call-seemed like a big imposition. When phone did ring at 3am it only rang twice then they hung up

I was charged $20 for my task trained service dog, but was told it was for the extra person in my room, who was a child. Really? The mattresses were excellent and very comfortable. The pillows might as well have been non-existent. The shower was incredible. Best one I have had in years. Carpet looked dirty, but may have just been old. It was quiet, We may have been the only guests, although the parking lot was full. Next trip will stay elsewhere. I was not expecting a $50 cash deposit and had to find an ATM prior to conducting my business the next morning.

Location is good. We stayed on the second floor and in spite of MANY no-smoking signs (room doors and hallway) the hallway reeked of cigarette smoke. Otherwise, room was very nice and clean.

Due to some Covid-19 issues, we were not able to stay

Payed more than quoted on hotels.com. AC was struggling all night long to keep room somewhat comfortable.

Our room was unclean with dirty towels. Phone and TV were not in working condition. There was a contact lens on the bathroom counter when we entered the room. When speaking to management, he became agitated, argumentative, and condescending. The business did not follow COVID-19 guidelines and social distancing.

They didn’t speak very good english so communication was extremely difficult. There were literally ants in my room, 304, the lobby and halls reeked of stale cigarette smoke and my room smelled like a locker room.
