Boise Inn

It smelled of smoke and marijuana…a lot. There were bedbugs in my bed. It was supposed to be a smoke free room.

This place is horrible, smelled awful, broken fixtures, tube, carpet burned I wouldn't even give it a star! When we checked in we had booked for 2 rooms 1 with a King 1 with 2 Queens however when we got their was charged for 1 King in each room and had to pay additional 50.00 for the original arrangement to be honored. Knowone was ever at the desk after check in to have the tub unclogged or try to get light bulb and towels. Absolutely horribly dirty as well

No electricity. Lady at window had limited English. Rude and demanding. We left.

I showed up the day of check-in, and I told the gentleman at the desk I would like to check in. He started asking me questions of the type of room I would like, but I told him I already had a reservation. He said the owner of the property had access to all the reservations, but since he had to leave town in a hurry, he did not leave this gentleman with any of the reservations. I pulled up the reservation confirmation email on my phone, but he claimed he didn't have any more of my specific room available. I told him I was okay with a different room type, but he refused to cooperate, despite the fact that he began this interaction trying to sell me a room, indicating they did have open rooms available. He offered me no alternatives. Very rude. Furthermore, this place looks way worse in person than it does online. Very small, cramped parking lot. Building in poor condition. Have caution when booking this property.

The parking was terrible.

This place was a dump. The service was very unfriendly and unprofessional. There was a lot of coming and going during the night and wee hours of the morning.

Very clean rooms. Staff was super friendly. Location is not the best, but is okay.

On our second night the toilet in the room above ours overflowed and it drained through the floor (our roof) and flooded our room. The owners came in and put bed sheets down to soak up the water and called it good. I asked them to move us rooms they said no, I ask them for a refund for the second night so we could go elsewhere they refused. Then they made us leave. That night for some reason boise was so busy there was not a single room available and we had to sleep in my car. It was the worst service ive ever recieved.

Heat staff - good parking - needed to have a quiet curfew - many folks partying
